Bridge Darebin’s pottery classes allow students to develop their skills in hand-building and ceramics by working at their own pace on their own creative projects, with guidance from the tutors. You’ll have access to two pottery wheels, a 280-litre capacity kiln and a staff of amazing tutors. These open sessions are suitable for all skill levels.
We run a kids pottery class that is a safe and inclusive space for kids aged 7-13 to explore the creative medium of hand-building. Please note, that participants won’t have access to the pottery wheels in the kids program.
Our Intro to Hand-building Courses ideal for beginners who want to learn the skills, technique and craft behind hand building. You will learn hand building fundamentals and experiment with various techniques. These are our only structured courses whereas the other pottery classes are self-paced, in which students are at different levels working on their own projects with 1-1 support from the tutor.
